Cardio Dance- Have fun dancing while getting the heart rate up to fun beats!
Yoga- Take a moment to relax and stretch while lengthen your muscles
HIIT Cardio- Sweat! Take time to sweat while getting a high intensity workout.
Zumba- work your core while dancing and sweating!
Vineyasa Yoga- Lengthen your muscles, and strengthen your core with a higher intensity Yoga session.
Monring Stretch- take time in the middle of your week to really stretch your muscles and loosen up any tight and overworked muscles.
Tabata- This class is a cardio interval class
Restore Yoga- This yoga class will focus on restoring your muscles and giving them a break between the higher intensity classes.
Meditation- Take the time to listen to your breathing and relax your mind
MOVEZ- UP BEAT DANCE PARTY! 
Kickboxing- Get the frustration out and kick and punch your way through the workout while getting a sweat on!
