Smoking Cessation
Quitting smoking and other forms of tobacco can improve your quality of life and lower your risk for many serious health conditions like heart disease, stroke and lung cancer. Through CareFirst’s wellness program, you can take advantage of the QuitNet® Tobacco Cessation Program which provides you with confidential phone-based coaching, personalized support and other tools to help you achieve quit success.
Take the first step by logging in to My Account and selecting Health Assessment and Online Coaching under Quick Links to complete an online health assessment, if you haven’t already. Once you complete your health assessment, you’ll unlock access to QuitNet and other health and wellness programs.
